We just wanted to share some things we have learned about Jim Phair relative to our business relationship with him during the fiancée visa process in 2008-09. Unhesitatingly, we highly recommend to anyone who is going through a similar process to use his services. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and responsive, and his services are very reasonably priced. Uraiwan and I recently were married. While we were in Bangkok, Thailand, during the summer of 2009 undergoing the state department's immigration process, it was comforting to know that Jim was backing us up at each stage. And it did not stop there. He was ready to support us when Uraiwan and her daughter, Sirenya, arrived at Kennedy International Airport in New York City. He is still guiding us. It's hard to find that kind of service anymore. |

Hello Jim,
I hope you will post this letter on your website as I believe it will benefit your perspective clients when trying to make a decision.
I first want to thank you for your incredible efficiency, communication, professionalism, organization, and effort in helping Lena and I receive her Visa to come to the United States. In a nutshell, your service is beyond phenomenal!
Before I called you, I had interviewed a couple of other organizations. After speaking with you, and you telling me the honest facts and time line for receiving the Visa, I knew you were the person. You didn't tell me what I wanted to hear - you told me the truth and said you would work very hard in making this happen as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have to say that you went far beyond my expectations. As a successful business person, I have rarely seen the exceptional communication and "attention to detail" that you brought to my case. Although you told me that it could take up to 7 months or more to get approval, it is amazing that it took a little less than 5 months from start to finish. I attribute this to your skills, knowledge, and follow up.
You are a true professional and the epitome of the kind of businesses that I like to work with.
Thank you very much for everything you did to help us attain the Visa, and I will be calling you when it comes time for her Green Card.

Sorry I did not get back to sooner but things became hectic.
Anyway, Olya had her interveiw in Kiev and wasgranted a visa. So she
will be coming to Fairfax. Olya says thank you for all your hard
work in this effort. Olya said she had all the correct information
and owes that all to you! :) We have decided to travel the first part of June. So next month
Olya will be here in Fairfax. I am very excited!!! One question though, Olya said she is allowed to travel
to the US through Vienna. Does her visa allow her to travel through anyother European city. For example, can she
through Amsterdam on her way to the US?
Jim, this great news! Once again I want to thank you for all you did.

Hey Jim, hope you have a big holiday planned. I just wanted to let you know that GG was interviewed on Tuesday and was approved for her visa
and we are very pleased.
Thanks for all your help and if you need a good reference, we will be more than happy to provide that for you.
Again, thanks and this doesn't mean that we have to stop commnicating. We think you are a nice person and, who knows,
I might relocate out there next time. Of course the money has to be right, lol. Have a great holiday and hope to hear from you soon.

I am writing you this email as a thanks for all the help you provided Silver and myself during our fiancée visa process.
As someone who works for himself, I did not have the time to research every minor detail surrounding this daunting process.
Your help and dedication to customer service was invaluable. Thanks to you, we did not have a single problem during the interview and everything went flawlessly.
I would highly recommend your services to anyone.

Hi Jim,
Just to let you know, my fiancee Denise and I have gone through the
process and it is completed. She now has her passport and K-1 VISA. She is
planning to come to the USA in about 3 weeks. Her sister Valerie who lives
here in Salt Lake City, Utah is flying back to her parent's home in Brazil
to visit for a week. Denise will be coming back with her. The date hasn't
been set as of yet. Moving to a new country takes a bit of planning.
Needless to say, we are relieved that the ordeal is over with and we look
forward to being together in a few short weeks.
I wish I had known about your service sooner. Starting out by hiring a
lawyer to help me with getting my fiancee into the USA was a BIG mistake!
The lawyer turned out to be incompetent, produced no results whatsoever, and
cost me a lot of money. When I found you on the Internet, I was hesitant to
try your service. But, since you had a guarantee and had the Better
Business Bureau logo on your website, I took a chance. That was the BEST
decision I ever made! Your assistance through the entire process was
invaluable and worth every penny I paid! I am keeping your website on my
list of favorites as many people are very interested in my success. Your
company is professional, efficient, affordable, and most important: provides
the critical information that is necessary for getting a K-1 VISA. The
whole application process is difficult, to say the least. It is imperative
for anyone who is attempting to get a K-1 or K-3 VISA that they use your
service. My experience has been the best! There is no one else who can do
your job as well. No attorney could possibly be as efficient or as
affordable. They simply do NOT know the excentricities and convoluted
details of dealing with the government. You have demonstrated that your
company gets results! I am extremely happy that I found your service.
Thank you for all your help! You have been an incredibly important part of
my success in life and you will never be forgotten.
Sincerely,
Brian Gray

Jim,
Below is the testomional letter I have written for your website:
I wanted to thank you for all your help, and work with the K-1 Visa. Anisha received her K-1 in six and half months with out any issues during the entire processing phase. When it came time for the interview for the visa on Dec 20th 2006 at 8:00am at the American Embassy in New Delhi, and after waiting three long and nervous hours to be called for the interview, the interview took only two minutes, and the visa was granted. The interviewer also told my fiancé that he was impressed on how all our paper work was in such good order, and said that is why I did not have to ask you for any further evidence or supporting documents. With out Jim's help Anisha's visa process would have been a long process with us getting letters from the USCIS asking for missing documents we would have had no idea that we had to submit. Also the interview would not have gone as smooth either. We know this for a fact because the window next to my fiancé there was another K-1 interview happening and the guy was getting grilled for 20 plus minutes, and he was so disorganized with support papers, and evidence lying everywhere. When applying for the K Visa do not get fooled by visa forums that claim one can do all the paper work them self's and apply for the visa. Trust us on this we know of several people who did not use a lawyer, and who had to submit a lot more paper work to the USCIS, and after submitting the required documents the USCIS did not even look at there case for weeks which further delayed the process. Thanks to Jim Anisha was able to fly home with me in the end of December 2006 when my Christmas vacation was over.
Thanks Jim

Hello Mr. Phair,
I just wanted to let you know that Natasha arrived yesterday, and I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful service! The whole process went so smooth for both of us, and I really appreciate that you were there to help us through the entire process and answer all of our questions. Natasha said that when she had her interview in Moscow she saw several ladies crying, and she found out that they had been denied their fiancee visa. She gave them your telephone number, so you may be getting a call from their american fiancees. Natasha's interview was only about
5 minutes and she said that is was much easier than she expected. I am so glad that you prepared our documents for us. My brother's boss filed his fiancee visa on his own, and he ran into problems at the INS. Because of all the problems, it took him 8 months to get the approval.
3 months later his fiancee was denied her visa at the interview because they felt that they did not have a "valid" relationship. This is when I decided to look for professional help, and I am so glad that I found your service. Our application went through so quickly. When we have a child and if it is a boy, we will name him after you :-)
Thank you once again.

Hi Jim,
How are you? Hope you had a happy holiday season!
I am writing to tell you THANK YOU for all your help over the past 8 months! I was so nervous before the interview, but as I can see now there was absolutely no reason for that. My interview lasted 2 minutes at the most after which they told me that everything looked good and that I would get my visa in about a week. I got it even sooner than that (they must have been in a hurry before Christmas).
There is one more thing I wanted to ask you about. Bill says he read it somewhere that it is required to meet the fiancée at the airport where she first enters the country. For example if I flew into JFK he would have to be there to meet me. I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything about it. Please let me know what the rules are. I wouldn’t mind if he came of course, but, if it is not required, I could certainly make it to Bismarck, ND on my own.
Thank you so much again! I have already past the link to your website to a couple of people who were asking me questions about fiancée visas and Bill and I will recommend you to anyone!
Thanks for everything, Jim!
Best wishes,

Jim,
Thank you for the service you provide. Thanks to you, the
process of the K-1 visa was smooth and without incident. Anna's visa
was approved 3 months after you submitted the package for me. This was
a lot faster than I expected, and she had to wait quite a while for me
to pick her up. You answered all of our questions promptly and
accurately. She arrived in the USA with me on 9 MAR. When we arrived
in the USA, her customs processing took about 20 minutes (again, a lot
faster than expected). I was a bit reluctant at first to contract
your service, but with you high BBB rating, and the proven results you
gave to both Anna and I, it was a worthy investment. I would recommend
your service to ANYONE!
Be well and stay well.

good news..after a weeks wait in kiev due to a anthrax scare and embassy closure, juliana has received the visa's ..she will fly into new york jfk on the 21st, just in time for christmas.
2 questions... i have been told by the travel agency that a round trip ticket is not required for her type of visa (fiancee k-1) but they wanted me to check with you just in case,..i have her the 1 way fare and seats now , but i must make sure this is sufficient and that the immigration officials at the airport will accept this (i.e. not having a round trip tick).
also,..are you familiar with flying into jfk new york and with the immigration and customs area there,..will juliana be able to handle getting all her luggage and control a child thru this ordeal..is there "sky-caps" or wheeled dollies available..i know she can not carry all her bags and deal with this alone...what do you know ??
thanks so much,,i will fill you in more soon...
p.s...i will fly into new york to meet her and we fly back together
to florida immediately ..i will not be able to help her untill she
comes out of the customs area i am sure....i do know that all luggage
must be carried thru customs and does not get automatically
transfered onto the next domestic flight..a complete inconvieniance.
thanks,kurt

Hello Jim. I have been very busy this past month. Marina and Illya arrived in Washington D.C. on August 16. It took her about two hours to go through Customs. With the advice you gave us on preparing her documents, we were able to to get her I.N.S and Visa approval in three months and 10 days. All together it took us three months and 21 days for her to arrive in America.Yesterday, September 18 we were married in a private ceremony on the Peace river. It was a day we had dreamed of for a long time. We will never be able to thank you enough for you services and advice. Marina and I are very glad that there are still honest men left in this world.
Thank you very much.

The interview is a breeze and pleasant. People in the Vancouver US
consular are so nice and friendly. I'm so happy and can't wait to

I planned to move to Minnesota next month after I tidy things up in

advance parole if I want to go back to visit Canada.

Dear Jim,
I would just like to let you know that last Wednesday my Visa was approved. I would like to thank you very much for all your help with Ryan and I. It was easier than expected, but still rates as the most nerve racking experience of my life. My interview was for 9am and I walked out of the consulate at 10.30am with my visa in my hand.
They were very nice to me at the consulate, but I realised it was because all my documents were in order, I was wearing my suit (as I had to go straight back to work after) and I was polite. The other applicants hadn't completed their forms correctly, had the wrong photo's and turned up looking like they had just woken up from a dumpster!!
Anyway all went well. They gave me a few forms for when I come over, which are a little confusing, but should be fine. I arrive in America on 31st May. Im so excited and once again would like to thank you for all your help.
Regards
Amanda

I have just arrived back from Moscow and Omsk, where Tanya lives. She is an excellent woman, I am lucky to have met her. She had her interview at the american embassy in moscow, and we were to return at 5:00 to pick up her passport with visa. When we got back, at 5:00 they were closed, due to "precautionary measures." Then we went back on Friday, and same thing. So she is going back next week to pick it up. im, when she arrives I am lost as to what to do, with regards to adopting Stassy, next steps on their immigration paperwork, legal issues, etc.
Also, is there any way her mother, father, sister, brother-in law and a few friends could come to a wedding in the united states? Europe? Where?
I don't want to take up any of your time, as I know the service you have already provided me was well worth the fee. Do you know of a website, or a book, that has answers to some of these questions about marrying a foreigner, especially a Russian, as it seems there are lots of issues.
Thank you!

Thanks for the info. Natasha has her interview on Oct.25. She told she wants to spend the holiday with her family so she won't be coming until January. I just wanted to make sure I was correct with the time frame on the visa. Thanks and I will keep you posted. By the way how was your trip to Russia?
Michael
